9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any Member may close their account at their own request. Contact the support team to do so. Available Real Balance may be withdrawn before closure, but any bonus that has not met its wagering requirement will be cancelled.

9.2 Suspension by the Platform

933ok may temporarily suspend an account if a terms violation is suspected or while an investigation is ongoing. If the Member is found to be innocent, the account will be restored. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

11 Limitation of Liability
