933ok's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Entertainment should be fun — not stressful. 933ok is committed to ensuring a healthy and safe gaming experience for you at all times.
What Is Responsible Gaming?
Playing online betting and casino games is a legitimate form of entertainment. But like any entertainment, it is important to keep it within limits. Responsible gaming means playing while keeping control of your time and money, and never seeing gaming as a source of income or a solution to problems.
933ok believes every player's experience should be enjoyable and controlled. That is why we provide tools and features to help you always make healthy decisions. Your safety is our top priority.
- Gaming is for entertainment only — not for earning money.
- Only bet what you can afford to lose.
- Set a fixed budget and time limit for gaming.
- Do not bet out of emotion or frustration.
- Spend time with family and friends — do not let gaming take over everything.
Watch for Warning Signs
If any of the following applies to you, it is wise to seek help:
- Placing more bets to recover money you have lost.
- Work, family, or studies are being neglected because of gaming.
- Betting with money meant for bills or essential expenses.
- Hiding your gaming from family or close ones.
- Wanting to stop gaming but being unable to.
Our Protection Tools
933ok provides several effective tools to help keep your gaming experience healthy. These are entirely within your control.
Deposit Limits
You can set your own maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires an additional verification process, but reducing it is instant.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break for a while, you can take a time-out ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period, no betting or casino activity can be carried out from your account.
Self-Exclusion
For longer-term protection, you can request to exclude yourself from the site for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, opening a new account will not be possible.
Betting History & Reports
You can view a detailed history of all your betting activity at any time. This helps you analyse your spending patterns and gives you the opportunity to moderate yourself if needed.
Support Team Assistance
933ok's support team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day to help you in English. You can share any concerns about gaming directly through live chat.
Account Verification
The account verification process ensures that only adults (21+) are using the platform. This is an important step in protecting minors.
For ages 21 and above only
All services at 933ok are available to adults only. Protecting minors is one of our top priorities. Please make sure that minors do not have access to your account.
How to Set Limits?
Setting Deposit & Betting Limits
After logging in to your account, you can easily set limits from the "Account Settings" section. The steps are listed below:
- Log in to your account and open the profile menu.
- Select the "Responsible Gaming" or "Limits" option.
- Enter the amount for your daily, weekly, or monthly limit.
- Save the changes — they will take effect immediately.
How to Take a Time-Out?
For a time-out, select your preferred duration from the same "Responsible Gaming" section. Alternatively, you can make a request via our live chat or email — the support team will assist you promptly.
Self-Exclusion Process
Self-exclusion is an important step and is handled with complete confidentiality. After making the request:
- Your account will be deactivated immediately.
- You will not be able to log in until the selected period has ended.
- Promotional emails and notifications will be stopped.
- In the case of permanent exclusion, reactivating the account will not be possible.
Protection of Minors
If there are children or teenagers in your home, please take some important steps:
- Never share your account password.
- Use parental control software on your devices.
- Always log out after use.
- If you suspect anything, change your password immediately.
Gaming & Mental Health
When gaming goes beyond the limits of entertainment, it can have a negative impact on mental health. Anxiety, depression, or family problems may arise. 933ok believes that raising awareness on this matter is also part of our responsibility.
Never play betting or casino games when you are under financial pressure or in a mentally distressed state. Making sound decisions is difficult in such a state and the risk of harm is higher. Instead, talk to a family member or a trusted friend.
Remember — "revenge betting" after a loss (placing larger bets to recover losses) almost always leads to even greater losses. Take a break, keep a clear head, and follow reason — not emotion.
Tips for Healthy Gaming
- Set your budget for today before placing any bets.
- Take regular breaks — at least 5-10 minutes every hour.
- Do not play while under the influence of alcohol or substances.
- Do not stay up late gaming at the expense of your sleep.
- When you win, stop at the amount you decided — do not give in to greed.
- Do not include betting in your long-term income plans.
- Talk openly with your family — hiding it is harmful.
